The parents of Michael Dixon have held a press conference to appeal for help in the search for their son.

Missing Abroad has launched a new dedicated freephone service for reporting information on missing persons cases. The number, 0800 098 8485 allows people to leave a recorded message free of charge. Information received is acted on 24 hours a day. Callers do not have to leave their name and so can leave anonymous information.

Missing Abroad has renewed efforts to find Paul Carter who went missing in 2007. Paul boarded an overnight ferry to St Malo from Portsmouth but did not meet his companions for disembarkation.

Family and friends are gathering this Sunday, 07 February across
Europe to mark the eighteenth birthday of missing Dublin girl AMY FITZPATRICK.

At 12 noon (local time) her mother will be leading a ceremony
lighting candles in Mijas, Spain, which will be matched in St Brendan’s Church
in Coolock, Dublin and all over the British Isles at 11 am GMT.
